- Michael L. Johnson is a grateful husband, father of five lively children and former pastor. A redeemed rebel, he loves God, dating his wife, the city, music, books, culture, coffee made with his Bialetti, and Guinness. He's the Director of Communications and Social Media with World Harvest Mission. An alum of the University of Minnesota and Reformed Theological Seminary, his primary theological influences are Os Guinness, David Wells, D.A. Carson, J.I. Packer, John Frame, Tim Keller, C.S. Lewis, J.C. Ryle, John Stott, John Piper, Augustine, Jonathan Edwards, John Calvin, Martin Luther, Soren Kierkegaard, Lesslie Newbigin and Eugene Peterson. He’s also the joyful owner of The Complete Works of Calvin and Hobbes.
