Michael’s bio

n1662780180_48119_7207-11 I’m a grateful husband and father of five lively children residing in Minneapolis, MN. A redeemed rebel who’s been forever ruined by the gospel, I love God, dating my wife, the city, music, books, culture, coffee made with my Italian Bialetti, and Guinness.

An alum of the University of Minnesota and Reformed Theological Seminary, my primary theological influences are Os Guinness, David Wells, D.A. Carson, J.I. Packer, John Frame, Tim Keller, C.S. Lewis, J.C. Ryle, John Stott, John Piper, Augustine, Jonathan Edwards, John Calvin, Martin Luther, Soren Kierkegaard, Lesslie Newbigin and Eugene Peterson.

I’m also the joyful owner of The Complete Works of Calvin and Hobbes.
